All orders placed before 3pm (CET) time Monday to Friday will be eligible for next day delivery. If an order is place after 3pm, it will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm (CET) will be processed the same day but will be shipped the following business day. Please be aware that all deliveries must be signed for, so do make sure that there will be someone present at the delivery address.

Those shipping methods takes 3-7 working days to deliver your order. Please be informed that certain countries might take longer due to restrictions in shipping to those particular destinations. The approximate time frame for the delivery will be provided when selecting the shipping method. Our website will provide a live quotation depending on the destination. GEORGIA Courier service is FREE and it takes 3 business days to deliver.
RUSSIA Courier service cost $20 and it takes 15-20 business days to deliver.
WORLD WIDE - Courier service cost $20 and it takes 7-10 business days to deliver.
For standard delivery, tracking number will not be provided. Please contact the customer care at customercare@eshvikids,com for further information.
Please note, shipment via standard delivery are dispatched only once a week, so delays may occur. Our custom service team will inform you once your order has been dispatched.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. ESHVI KIDS does not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such our team handle each query on a daily basis to the best of our ability. While we hope you absolutely love your purchase, if for any reason you are not perfectly satisfied with your order you can simply return/exchange the item(s) within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Please note that the item(s) must be return in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition. The return of the goods is at your own cost, for your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and send the Product(s) by registered mail only. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. LTD - Eshvi Kids will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Once the returned parcel reaches us, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order (excluding shipping cost), or as Eshvi Kids store credit. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your debit/credit card account.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item up to or of the same value, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and details of the new item you would like to exchange it for. The fulfilment of your request will be subject to our stock availability.
Please note that you must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
Once your exchange has been confirmed by our customer service team, you must return the item(s) to the following address within 7days . All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.
